The Race Night will be held on Friday 10th June after the game v Athlone Town at the Turners Cross Tavern.
There will be ten races on the night, and the club is currently seeking sponsors for the races, horses and jockeys. Race sponsorship is €50 per race, and race sponsors will receive recognition on the night, on CorkCityFC.ie and in City Edition.
To sponsor and name a horse costs €10, while sponsoring a jockey costs €5. A winning horse owner gets a €40 prize while a winning jockey sponsor will receive a prize of €20. There will also be spot prizes and a raffle on the night.
