Cork City FC Remembers Noelle Feeney (RIP)

It is with a heavy heart that we write this piece on the death of Noelle Feeney.

She was a vital cog in the Cork City wheel, performing every possible task for the club she loved.

It’s hard to quantify the amount of work she did, without her the club would have been lost.

She worked tirelessly for not just Cork City FC but for the Friends of Marymount and other charities.

So many have memories of calling to her house on Pearse Road for match tickets or any form of Cork City merchandise.

She always had time for everyone and regaled us all with football stories around the vast amount of memorabilia that adorned her house.

In recent years she remained a  FORAS member and club owner and will now be made an honorary trust member where she will remain a club owner forever.

We would like to pass on our condolences to her son John and all her family and friends.

Her work and commitment will never be forgotten by the club she did so much for.

Rest in Peace
