New website launched!

Cork City FC’s online media team is delighted to unveil our brand new official club website.

The site’s entire look & feel has been overhauled, improving the website’s load times and user experience.

Speaking today after the relaunch, club webmaster Declan Carey said “We’ve made some great strides in the last year in terms of website features, updates, statistics and a new club history section. It’s been a few years since the site design was updated, and now is the perfect time to deliver that. In the lead-up to the launch, several members of FORAS took part in a BETA testing of the new site so I’m very grateful for the feedback and support.”

The new homepage now features a large, full screen news slider, with details of first team & underage fixtures, league tables and social media links just a tap or click away.

The site has also been upgraded to improve mobile compatibility, allowing a streamlined experience across mobile, tablets, laptops, desktop. The main menu is more interactive and intuitive along with a new “search” option which stays on screen as you browse the site.

“The new site is fantastic. We will be making further improvements in the coming months as the club continues to grow on and of the pitch. We will have new squad profiles for all the 2018 squad once that’s been finalised and the fixtures are due out soon and I think this is when users will really start to engage with all the new features and options. I’d like to thank Declan and Jack Kenefick for all their hard work on the website this year.” added Éanna Buckley, CCFC Operations Manager.
