The 2019 FAI Cup first round draw was made on Monday evening, with Cork City FC paired with Cabinteely FC.
The club has reached the final showpiece every year since 2015 and will be looking to feature once again on November 3rd as the games get underway next month. However, immediately on the horizon is First Division side Cabinteely, who are currently fourth in the standings and just a point behind Longford Town.
The tie will be played over the weekend ending Sunday, August 11th with details confirmed closer to the time.
The draw was held at the Aviva Stadium as Extra.ie was confirmed as the competition’s new sponsors.
