Cork City FC can confirm that goalkeeper Liam Bossin has been discharged from hospital following his injury in last night’s game.
City boss Neale Fenn commented
“Liam got a bang to the head but I am pleased to say that he was discharged from hospital overnight. I’ve had a chat with him this morning and he is in good form. We will work with our medical team and assess him over the next few days, but he is doing well.”
The club would like to thank the medical personnel who assisted Liam following his injury and also thank everyone who has been in contact to ask about Liam.
