Corky The Cheetah

Arguably the most popular signing ever made by the football club, Corky The Cheetah has been a staple high-fiver of City supporters since the beginning of the 2011 season!

With the grace we would expect from the fastest land animal in the world, ‘Corky’ prowls around Turner’s Cross every home match night, and was named with the help of visitors to Cork’s number 1 tourist attraction, Fota Wildlife Park.

His cheeky antics also mean he has gained a growing and very dedicated following ever since!

For all the latest news from the best mascot in the world, pick up a Match Day programme at any home game and look for Corky’s column, or search for ‘Corky The Cheetah’ on Facebook or Twitter.

Just a warning though: his teeth are sharper than they look and we have had complaints of sausage stealing… particularly ones made by our match day partners Clonakilty Food Company!
