Redeeming your LOITV code: Step-by-step guide

The below instructions are for holders of a Cork City FC Season Card.

• If you have not received your streaming pass Access Code, please check the email address (including junk/spam folder) you used to register for your Season Card. Please email [email protected] if you have verified that you have not received your Access Code.
• If you purchased a number of Cork City FC Season Cards using the same email address, you will need to use unique email addresses when registering on the LOITV website in order to redeem each Access Code.
• Please note that LOI TV is a new service. If you had a Watch LOI account last year, you will still need to set up a new account for LOI TV.

1. Visit https://www.loitv.ie/outside/login and click ‘Sign Up’ button at the bottom of the page.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

2. Complete the registration information, using your name, email address and a password of your choosing

3. Enter your unique Access Code under ‘Redeem Your Access Code’ as prompted, click ‘Send Code’ and you’ll have access. Ensure that the code is typed correctly with no spaces before or after etc.

4. Click ‘Select your favourite team’ at the bottom of the page and you will be prompted to select your club which will ensure that the revenue for this ticket goes you your club!
