Stadium Regulations

  • The Friends of the Rebel Army Society Limited t/a Cork City Football Club (the Club) reserves the right of admission and reserves to refuse entry to or eject from Turner’s Cross stadium or other Club home ground (the Stadium) any person admitted or attempting to be so admitted (a Spectator) to the Stadium. All persons entering the Stadium are admitted subject to these Stadium Regulations, the Club’s exclusion policy, and the rules of FAI, the League of Ireland, and (if appropriate) UEFA (together, the Regulations).
  • Entry into the Stadium shall be deemed to constitute unqualified acceptance of all the Regulations. Notwithstanding possession of a valid ticket by a Spectator, failure to abide by the Regulations in the view of the Club may, at the discretion of the Club, result in refused entry to or ejection from the Stadium by Club officials or the Club’s stewards, servants, or agents (Club Officials) and may be subject to an exclusion order or Garda ban in accordance with the Club’s exclusion policy (available on the Club’s website or on request). Any Spectator subject to an exclusion order or Garda ban shall not be permitted entry to the Stadium for the duration of that order or ban. Tickets are non-transferable and may not be offered for sale without the prior written permission of the Club.
  • Spectators shall comply with the instructions of An Garda Síochána or Club Officials. Subject to these Regulations, there shall be no entry for Spectators to the Stadium without a valid ticket or unless authorised to do so by a Club Official. There is no re-entry for Spectators who leave the Stadium once admitted. In the event of a Spectator being refused entry to or ejected from the Stadium there shall be no refund of any ticket other than at the discretion of the Club. Following refusal or ejection the Club shall have no liability whatsoever, including (but not limited to) any indirect or consequential loss or damage, such as (but not limited to) loss of enjoyment or travel costs.
  • Fireworks, smoke canisters, bottles, glasses, cans, flags, banners, poles, laser pens, flares or any similar articles or containers including anything that could be used as a weapon are not permitted within the Stadium. Notwithstanding any other provision of the Regulations, any Spectator in possession or suspected of being in possession of such articles or containers may at the discretion of the Club, if appropriate, be identified by a Club Offical to An Garda Síochána.
  • The Club will not tolerate any form of racist abuse and taunting or language likely to be deemed racist, threatening behaviour, racist or obscene chanting, or offensive behaviour of any sort is strictly forbidden. Any act by a Spectator causing unnecessary noise (e.g. from use of radio sets) or engaging in behaviour likely to constitute a source of danger, nuisance, confusion, or annoyance to other spectators is forbidden.
  • Spectators are not permitted to enter or cause any object to enter the field of play at any time unless authorised to do so by a Club Official. constituting a source of danger, nuisance, or annoyance to other spectators. The unauthorised climbing of floodlight pylons, stands or any other buildings in the Stadium is forbidden. Any Spectator found damaging, attempting to damage, or defacing the property of the Club will be prosecuted.
  • Any Spectator attempting to gain admission, or being found within, a section of the Stadium without the appropriate authorisation may be ejected from the Stadium. The moving from one designated area of the Stadium to another without the permission of a Club Official or An Garda Síochána is strictly forbidden e.g. from a home section to an away section or between stands during a match where such restrictions apply.
  • The consumption of intoxicating liquor in the Stadium is not permitted unless so provided by the Club or with the Club’s permission and consumed in a designated area(s). Spectators are not permitted to bring intoxicating liquor into the Stadium. Smoking including the use of e-cigarettes is restricted to designated parts of the Stadium.
  • Spectators shall comply with the instructions of An Garda Síochána and Club Officials. Backpacks and bags are permitted in the Stadium and subject to searches. Any Spectator who remains in a gangway, access ways, exits and entrances, or stairways following a request to move by a Club Official may be ejected from the Stadium.
  • No Spectator shall be permitted to capture, log, record, or transmit images or video from the Stadium (including but not limited to matches themselves) for any purposes (commercial or otherwise) without Club permission.
  • Cameras (e.g. television, CCTV, and handheld or body worn cameras) are in use around and in the Stadium recording video and/or audio and Spectators acknowledge that photographic images and audio and/or visual recordings/feeds (and/or stills taken therefrom) may be taken of Spectators and may also be used, by way of example and without limitation, to ensure compliance with these Regulations and/or in televised coverage of the match and/or for promotional, training, editorial, or marketing purposes by the Club or others (including commercial/media/football organisations) and entry into the Stadium constitutes consent to such use.
  • It is not permitted to offer for sale or distribute any merchandise, sponsorship, promotional, marketing materials, newspaper, periodical, publication, or article inside the Stadium without the Club approval.
  • In the event of a match being postponed or abandoned, any refund of the admission charge will be at the sole discretion of the Club. Any such refund will be subject to a time limitation and other restrictions, the details of which will be made available by the Club in an appropriate manner as soon as possible after the event. The Club shall have no further liability whatsoever, including (but not limited to) any indirect or consequential loss or damage, such as (but not limited to) loss of enjoyment or travel costs.
