Eva Mangan Signs New Contract

We are delighted to confirm that Eva Mangan has signed a new contract at the club, ahead of the 2026 Season.

The 21-year-old has made over 120 appearances for the first team, scoring 16 goals, and has once again committed to the Rebel Army, where she will wear the captain’s armband for the upcoming Women’s Premier Division campaign.

Speaking in Bishopstown, Eva said: “I'm delighted to sign back with Cork City this season. I'm excited to get back on the pitch with the girls and I'm thoroughly looking forward to the season ahead! I’m determined to get back where we belong."

New City boss Barry Ryan added: "I'm delighted Eva is on board for another season at City. It's vital for our progression that we hold onto our top talents and Eva is up there with the best in the country.

Eva will assume the role as captain as we look to strengthen the leadership structure within the senior setup. Eva is an excellent role model for the younger players, her journey to the Irish senior international setup as a City player provides inspiration for all of our academy players of what can be achieved here"
