Healy confirms Cotter departure

City boss Colin Healy has today confirmed that his his assistant, John Cotter, will be leaving the club at the end of the month.

"Cotts has taken up a new role within the FAI, so he'll be leaving within the next two weeks. We will probably look at bringing someone in to replace him, but for the moment, we're focused on Friday's match against Treaty.

"What John has done for the club has been magnificent. As a coach and as a friend, he's been brilliant. He has the respect of every player in the dressing room. We're sad to see him go - he's an excellent coach with a fantastic attitude and work ethic. He's moving on to a different job, and we wish him the best with it."

The rest of Colin's press conference will be available on RebelArmyTV shortly.
