Joe Langford leaves his role at the club

Cork City FC can confirm that Joe Langford has left his role with the club.

Joe took up the role of Senior Retail Assistant in September 2016, working in our club shop in Douglas Village Shopping Centre, and then our pop-up shop in Mahon Point.

Commenting on the announcement, City Chairman Declan Carey said: “On behalf of everyone at Cork City FC I’d like to thank Joe for all the work he has done for the club over the last number of years. Joe has proven himself to be a great ambassador for club, playing an important role in developing the club shop and we wish him the best in his future endeavours.”

“As everyone is aware, it is a particularly tough time for all of us in the League of Ireland and we would ask our fans to keep supporting the club through our various fundraising initiatives and through the buying of merchandise from our online shop.”
