Supporter Information Ahead of Tomorrow's Game Against Bohemians!
Ahead of tomorrow’s game against Bohemians, we wish to make supporters aware of the following important information: Ticket and Access Information: The game is expected to be sold out; tickets will not be available at the ground on the day. Turnstiles will open at 6.30 pm. The St. Anne’s End turnstiles will be open to away supporters only, for both entrance and egress from the stadium. Ticket checks will be in place outside the turnstiles. Away fans who have purchased home tickets will be refused entry. Tickets checks will be in place for home supporters to ensure that all supporters have the correct ticket type. Supporters are reminded that Turner’s Cross Stadium is located in a residential area and we ask all attending to park legally, respect residents and do not litter. Following consultation with supporters, the club will be restricting access to Blocks S and T of the Curragh Road Stand for younger supporters. Supporters under the age of 16 must be accompanied by an adult to enter these sections. Stadium Regulations: Supporters are reminded of the stadium regulations and, in particular, are asked to note that the use of pyrotechnics is banned and will lead to bans from attending matches. A significant number of broken seats have been replaced in different areas of the stadium. The club has been informed by the Munster FA that further damage to seating will result in financial penalties for the club, so we ask all supporters to ensure that this does not occur. If you do witness damage being done, we ask that this be highlighted to security or staff members. Improvements made since last season: A temporary, enhanced PA system will be in place in the stadium tomorrow night, which we hope will improve supporters’ ability to hear the system in all areas of the stadium. Toilets in the stadium will be attended, and supporters are encouraged to notify the attendants of any issues they might notice. A new scoreboard will be in place in the St. Anne’s End of the stadium. Food offerings: A number of different options are available for supporters looking for food/beverages at the game: JEM Catering will have 4 catering vans serving burgers, chips, hot dogs etc. 4 shops will be in operation, selling sweets, crisps, minerals etc. The Clonakilty Food Co. stall will be in operation at the end of the Donie Forde Stand, beside the Family Enclosure Tonibell Ices will have an ice cream van in operation at the corner of the Donie Forde and St. Anne’s Stands. Merchandise: City Edition will be on sale around the stadium, priced at €5. This issue features features 48 pages of content, including an interview with Matt Healy. The club’s merchandise shop will be in operation behind the Curragh Road Stand as normal, selling clothing, scarves, hats and other merchandise.
