Frequently Asked Questions

  1. Is there an additional booking fee if I buy on Eventbrite?
We absorb most of the booking fee in the total price. However there is a low booking fee for using Eventbrite. This is displayed on the checkout pages.
  2. Can I print my ticket I bought on Eventbrite and use this to access the ground?
Yes! After purchasing, you will receive details on how to print your ticket. Please ensure the barcode is clearly visible to prevent delays in accessing the ground.
  3. I bought my ticket on Eventbrite. Can I use my smartphone or smartwatch to access the ground?
Yes, however you should ensure your screen displays the barcode clearly. Some phone screen protectors or cracked/damaged screens can distort the barcode and this may cause delays.

We cannot guarantee this. Supporters are advised to purchase tickets in advance from Ticketmaster or one of our outlets listed above.
  5. What time should I arrive at the ground?
We encourage supporters to arrive as early as possible to prevent congestion and delays to kick-off. The gates usually open 75 minutes before kick off.
