Cork City FC is delighted to confirm Colm Cuddihy and Dinny Deady have been appointed as the club’s Supporter Liaison Officers (SLOs).
As a supporter-owned, community football club, we take immense pride in trying to create the best match night experience for all fans that come to Turner’s Cross and that work will continue with Colm and Dinny’s input throughout the season. The SLO role is included in both Uefa and FAI licensing requirements and advocates for supporters to be considered and represented not only on match nights but throughout the week.
The SLOs will work with supporters, club staff and our security team, and focus on service and safety. We have diverse supporters groups around Turner’s Cross and the SLOs’ primary objective is to ensure everyone in the stadium has a great evening at the Cross and comes back time and time again.
Colm and Dinny will be actively seeking feedback and suggestions that they can include in their work at games over the coming weeks and supporters are invited to say Hello and share their thoughts. The SLO team can also be reached at: [email protected]
The club would like to take this opportunity to thank everyone that has contributed to the development of the role at Cork City FC to date, including previous SLOs Joseph McSweeney, Declan O’Callaghan, Éanna Buckley and Alan Coughlan.
